Phase 2 of Palm Lakes is now open for sales — and includes the community’s most coveted homesites: the lakefront lots along the eastern shore of the community lake. These premium homesites offer unobstructed water views, direct access to a private dock, and morning sunrises over the lake that our current residents describe as the best part of their day.
Phase 2 introduces 22 additional homesites to Palm Lakes — 14 lakefront lots and 8 interior corner lots. The lakefront lots range from 8,500 to 12,000 square feet and support all four Palm Lakes floor plans, including our largest plan, The Mahogany (6BR/4BA, 4,100 SF). Corner interior lots have been among our most popular in Phase 1 due to their larger side yards and additional landscaping space.
Phase 1 buyers have now been in their homes for 4–14 months, and the community is taking beautiful shape. The resort pool and spa are complete, the club house is open, and the walking trail around the lake is one of the most popular amenities in the community — residents use it daily. Three families in Phase 1 have already added pools to their homes, and two have put in outdoor kitchens, which our pool-ready lots and outdoor electrical pre-runs make straightforward.
Lakefront lots in Phase 2 are available on a first-come, first-served basis — though we encourage early site visits to find the specific lot orientation you prefer (some face north-south, others east-west, which affects morning vs. afternoon sun exposure).
